My home has fogged windows. Can those be fixed without replacing the whole frame?
Yes, in most cases. The fogging between the panes means the insulating sealed unit has failed, but the frame itself is often still serviceable. We custom-manufacture a new insulated glass unit to the exact dimensions of your existing opening and install it without modifying the surrounding frame or interior trim. This is typically less expensive than a full window replacement and avoids any structural work. We assess each window individually at your estimate visit and tell you which approach makes sense for each one.
Does the elevation of Camillus make a difference in window and door performance?
